I recommend never calling 0845 numbers, instead call them on 08009172424 or from a mobile it is generally cheaper on 0113 234 5678, they have just offered £3700 on my claim , just awaiting payout, then donation will be made, thank you CAG, easy and straightforward!

Mine was on 24th acknowledged , got half offer today, just added £200 ,this months charges, and a cheeky £200 for my time and expenses, rejected half ,just faxed back, sit and wait, good luck.

As part of your defence, simply state what everybody else is putting on thier mcol forms, the upside is that you will get back your charges without first laying out court fees, the downside is that you wil end up having to pay back your debt faster.

They were free at one tie , now its as part of my £9.50 a month tarrif fee, which includes, travel insurance, etc.

hi, seems like we are on the same track, sent first letter £2986 owing on 12/7 , recieved standard "no its you that has run up charges "letter 14/7 sent lba 24/7 then this am recieved a letter stating that I need to complain to banking ombudsman , moneyclaim is all prepared online to send next weds, will let you know , good luck
