Hi all Thanks for all the help in pursuing my bank charges claim with Abbey. Just as most of you said they never turned up for the hearing and I recieved my cheque from them including accrued interest for 9mths as well as costs totalling £3178.00 based on charges accrued over 6years. I will now pass on as many hints as I can to as many claimants as possible. Please don,t give up on your claim,even though I must admit it can be a little bit daunting taking on the so called big boys, but follow the instructions on this site and I'm confident you won't regret it.
