Hello everyone I have just finished university read the forums. I have a few questions 1-Halifax charged me £ 5 pounds and sent me 6 years worth of bank statments is this right. 2- DO they send you a list of bank charges or do you have to work it out yourself???? 3- What is the next step???? Thanks
