It was the exact template from the library...I`ll wait for the charge list and compare it to the years worth of statements I already have and see if there are any errors. If there are I`ll request full statements but if not I`ll not bother on the assumption the rest are fine.

Hi guys and gals, Still no statements so I called the Halifax just now. They have "lost" my letter and cheque buy they have kindly agreed to send a complete list of all charges over 6 years and refund my £10. I should have the list by the end of the week. Now what does concern me is that they are sending a list of CHARGES, not STATEMENTS...will this suffice?

I`m getting a little worried now as exactly one month has passed. There is still no sign of statements so I need to prepare my next letter methinks. One question, is this a straight 40 days or 40 working days that I need to wait?

Ive been in a bit of debt problem but finally a remortgage cured that...now its time to hit `em where it hurts If this claim is successful I`ll be having a crack at 3 other accounts (by the way...how are HSBC with this kinda stuff?) so fingers crossed eh!
