  1. Brilliant, thanks for that, i was a bit worried especially as i found another couple of hundred pounds worth of charges. Thanks very much for the help.
  2. I sent my Preliminary approach for repayment over 14 days ago and i have had no reply so i'm getting ready to send my LBA but in the meantime i've discovered a few payments that i missed off first time round. Since i have to send a copy of the charges again, can i add on these missed charges or will i have to do a seperate Prelim letter for them. They are from dates within the time frame that i have already covered (eg they are not charges that have only been added since i sent the prelim letter) i just missed them whilst looking through the statements. Thanks.
  3. Thanks very much Sorry i couldn't find the capital one board either hence why i was asking. Thanks again Layla
  4. Hi everyone Once again could i have a bit of help. I'm now having trouble finding the address to send my SAR in to Capital One. I'm sure i'm just being thick but any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Layla
  5. Hi allmoo Hope you don't mind me asking but what was the address that you sent your SAR to for Capital One as i'm having a hard time finding it. Thanks Layla
  6. Thank you very much Now i can get started.
  7. Hi everyone I've only just started looking into this today after a friend of mine told me that he'd done it. I've made a copy of the SAR form but i'm unsure as to where to send it. I tried using the search engine in the Data Protection Public Register by typing in my branch's addres but it just kept saying that there were no entries that match my seach criteria. Am i typing in the wrong search details and acting really stupid. I'd appreciate any help any one has to offer. Thanks Layla
