Hi there, yes i posted my first letter off yesterday, the thing is i have not yet paid the charges as im refusing, the debt has been passed to a debt collector and im refusing to deal with them and have gone straight to Freemans, i never received statements and this is why im in arrears, well only in arrears for late payments the £25 item i brought from them was paid a long time ago, now they want me to pay all the late charges totalling £98 yeah right, no chance! Ok hello everyone and im very new to this.... I have an oustanding debt with freemans, that is now all charges as the original iten worth £25 has been paid long ago! they have now passed my debt to a third party and i really want to get all those charges stoped, i havent paid them and the debt is up to £98 which as a single mummy i dont have a penny. Im really fed up of their abusive letters and im trying really hard to get myself out of this hole! im rubbish on computers and it has taken me 30 mins to figure out how to post this on her so i dont have a clue where to start.
