  1. Definately NOT! My wife and I have been customers of the RBOS for nearly 25 years. Just before Christmas 2005 I requested a small additional overdraft for a month to cover an anticipated shortfall in my monthly salary. It was refused and they then hit us with £ 271 worth of charges in seven working days. Since July 2003 to the current date RBOS have hit us with charges for unpaid direct debits etc. totalling £ 3763. A letter sent to the Head Office just under two weeks ago hasn't even been acknowledged yet!
