Hi first time I've left a message, been reading through some of the old messages and think it's great so many are reclaiming charges back from these *****ing banks !! I hope every one goes for it to the bitter end,I know I will, dont feel sorry for these big banks they make billions of pounds in profit each year and they are not fussy how (funding arms deals and exploiting third world work forces) don't be afraid of them either they would much rather pay up then get the bad press. I could go on but I had better get off my soap box cos I had a query to ask about, I have just recieved my first letter from Nasty West requesting a fee of £5 for a copy of my bank statements, I sent the subject access request letter along with a postal order for £10 but from reading some previous advice given they have no right to do this? I reckon its a delay tac tic and perhaps it would be quicker to send a cheque for £5 and claim it back at the end what do you think??? ** MOD - Please Don't Post Potentially Libellous Comments **
