    I have recieved my statements and calculated how much money I am owed in both charges and interest. I have looked through the messages and are not entirely sure where to send the 'initial letter' to? Also, should I send a copy of the excel spreadsheet with this initial letter? I live near Glasgow and are with RBS? Thanks
