I have read over all the threads regarding NI banks, seems like a lot of to-ing and fro-ing. Has anyone had any joy in N.I at all? Does it seem strange to anyone else that Ulster Bank sent me all my statements from 2000 without a problem and they also sent them very promptly as well??? Come on Norn Iron peep's give me some feedback!!! Whipper

My bank is Ulster Bank in N.I, and so far they have sent me out all my statements since 2000 listing all my charges WITHOUT me having to pay £10 for the Data Protection Act part. They are somehow affiliated with the Royal Bank of Scotland as well. Does that mean I need a different letter and spreadsheet. Has anyone any experience with this area of the UK for claiming back Bank Charges? Whipper:? :?
