Hi, I'm in the same position as ChrisMillard do I sign the letter they sent with the partial settlement offer and send that off with the "thanks but I'm still after the rest" letter? or would me signing that mean I've agreed to something and can't take it further which is what they elude to in their letter? Many thanks. -
Afternoon, I sent off my bank charges along with the template letter over a week ago and shortly after recieved a standard letter from Barclays saying they will reply by the 22nd of August. This is after my 14 day deadline, would I do best to wait until then or send them the LBA after my deadline has passed? Many thanks
