Sorry if this has already been answered, but can I include the £10 charge from requesting my statements in this spreadsheet, and if so then how? thanks

just out of general interest, would people say it's worth chasing after the odd £10 or £20? I got charged something like £15 by one company a while back, nothing anywhere near hundreds of pounds; is it worth trying to claim it back or would I be better off just letting it go?

I had an account relating to a store card I once had about two years ago; I have since closed the account but do recall an occasion when I was charged some rather excessive late payment fees. I paid them at the time but want to try to reclaim them. However, I don't know the account number for the card I had -- is there a way I can get it, and if not then do I really need it? I can still give my name, address and other details they had about me at the time. I'm asking in case I phone them and they tell me that since my account is closed, they don't have it or something... if I wrote to them asking to send me all the information they hold about me, would I get my account details that way? Thanks
