my husband and & i have iva's with blair endersby. credit card companies still getting in touch saying they have recieved nothing. i now have a debt collection agency after me & am scared witless. does anyone know if i can sue them for not paying my debts? surely they are breaking their contract by not doing so? please someone help. Thank you

I'm not really sure what I'm doing. I clicked on Judgement just to see what came up. Not received anything from bank yet or a court dateHow long should I wait before I do anything? Thanks -
Hi, This is my first post. I am claiming for afriend & have filled in small claims form online. When i went back to it & clicked on heading Judgement I was given 2 choices. 'Do you wish enter Judgement by default or admission' Can anyone help please, I don't know what to do next
