  1. Thanks Pinkdutchess!I think i was worried that if I asked for money that I hadn't already told them about in my original letter then it might muck things up.Thank you for your help!
  2. Thanks r-t-v! I have a written a draft rejection of offer letter. But I’m wondering what I do about the additional charges I’ve accrued since I first asked for my money (because they’ve said there offer “includes accrued charges totaling £XX")? Do I mention this additional charges money in my rejection letter? If I do, do I include it in the total amount of money I’m asking for? Or do I say something like “I reserve the right to claim this money at a later date”? Or do ignore it all together in my rejection letter? I’m a bit confused! Sally
  3. Hello This is my first post. I'm hoping someone can help regarding the letter a received from HSBC. I originally claimed for charges up to 30 Feb. The final part of the letter says "For these commercial reasons alone and without any admission of liability whatsoever, we are prepared to make a payment to you for the sum of £xxxx (£90 lees than the full amount) in full and final settlement of this matter. This represents our offer in respect to the charges up to and including 24 April 2007 and includes accrued charges totaling £XX" So they are not paying me the full amount I originally asked for and they don't want to pay me back the additional charges I accrued in April. How do i go about refusing this offer and at the same time letting them know that I expect the April charges to be paid too? Any help appreciated. Sally
