Dear Darlings., I am a customer / subject of LTSB. The account I have costs £10 pcm and any minor overdraft excess each month automatically charges my account by £60 plus interest. I WILL be seeking to get my money back - this is an outrageous charge. This site is very usefull, but I am having difficulty finding all the various FAQ & Library pages, which seem to be different, depending on where the FAQ link is! Anyone else who hates LTSB's behavour, say "I". - I hereby commit to contribute %10 of any money I successfully reclaim to this site, Bankfodder & Dave (Dave??) lol, al£x.

No, I haven't seen the article. I have just registered with the CAG today to start my claim against LTSB too. I have an account for which I pay £10 pcm and unauthorised overdrafts are charged at £60 + interest. I am looking to ind others who wish to proceed against LTSB for these excesses.
