Thanks guys, Ill play the waiting game a little longer then, if I don't hear anything by the end of next week, Ill give them a call. I sent my AQ 1st Class post but I did get a cert of posting (just in case). I suppose because the AQ was so simple, I thought there must be more to it...looks like I was worrying over nothing - thanks Karnevil!

I sent my Allocation Questionnare to the Local County Court on the 27th June (I also sent a copy to Lloyds), I have not been sent any acknowledgement that it was received...from anyone...? Im getting a bit worried...where has my questionnaire gone??! I would contact the County Court, but I do not have a reference or a copy of it so I am not sure how they would locate it?? Also, I am not sure I filled it out correctly, if I made any mistakes on the questionnaire what would happen? ? Please help! :idea:

Hi! How helpful is this site?!! excellent work! I am claiming back just under £1000 from Lloyds TSB. They have put in a defense and I sent my questionnaire in on 27th June, I also sent a copy to Lloyds...I have not received acknowledgement from either the County Court or Lloyds...I sent the questionnaire standard 1st class post, but I am beginning to wonder if this was such a good idea...what should I do? Also I am not sure if I filled the questionnaire out correctly...if it is incorrect what happens...? Sorry to bombard you! I am only supposed to be saying Hi are'nt I!?
