?*!&%? completely and utterly confused by all this., well done to those who got their unfair charges back - how do you find the time to do all this battling? I don't understand it... I have had some months of being unfairly charged but have just closed my accounts except the main one at the RBS which is overdrawn (partly because of the charges) am just going start new account with a different bank...
