Hello, I have been reading through loads of threads but can't find the information I'm looking for, if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. I'm at the stage of sending off the claim letter to the bank for charges made to my daughter's bank account, I've received all the statements (BoS). My query is, where do you send the letter to? Her own (old branch - they shut down her account) or is it to the Head Office branch? The templates are fantastic and a huge help but it would maybe be an idea to add into the 'step-by-step' guidelines to mention where it should be sent to - apologies if it is in there, I've been on this site for three hours and may have missed it!
