Hi I was just wnadering if you think it's worth me taking my case further - I have had 2 £38 charges put on my student accout for unpaid DD's. I have spoken to the bank and as a "goodwill gesture" they are refunding one of them back, but not the other. Is it worth my sending them the Request for repayment of charges letter, or should I leave it??? (Really dont want to just leave it!!!!!) Sian
