Thank's for that, I have never missed a mortgage payment but didn't want Chelt & Glos to just pull the plug because i claimed my chares back form Lloydstsb.

Can anyone help, i have received all my statements from Lloydstsb and worked out the charges, but i need to know something before i proceed. My mortgage is with Cheltenham & Glouster which is suppose to be part of Llotdstsb if i proceed in claiming back my chages what are the chances of Lloydstsb making me change my mortgage provider.

Can anyone help me. I have received my Statements from First Direct, on my statements i have Overdraft fee, interest and Charge recall S/O - D/D can i claim for all three or is it just the Recall S/O and D/D that i add to my claim. Also how do you set out the Spreadsheet, has anyone got example's of the completed Spreadsheet. I just need to get this part right..

Can anyone help me i have just received back the requested Info from LLoydstsb and First Direct. Lloyds have sent me Statement copies (12 months only), some copies called Statement entries and some papers called Customer notes. On which sheets should i be looking to get the charges information in order to compile my statement to be presented to Lloydstsb.
