Have recieved a leter of claim from Drden on a student loan debt. Having read through will follow and tick Box D and request CCA but wanted to check if this was any different as not a credit card.

After about 4 rounds of rinse and repeating I eventually got a hard copy by post (have only recieved as was away). I have redacted and attached here except for all the statement pages.

I have received a response attached. Should I register to see the documents?

I also note on the paperwork they provided asking for income my D.O.B is incorrect, not sure if this matters or not. I also ideally don't want to email them.

Haven't heard anything back apart from acknowledgment when I responded as advised over a year ago.

I did have a virgin card (around 2015), Had a letter from Arrows saying they are transferring it and before that had some letters from capquest. This is the 1st letter from drydens.

Have not moved.

I received a letter from Drydens chasing an old debt, I believe it to be around 5 yrs old.

I will send the CCA request off but wanted to confirm that is what I should be doing at this stage. I have attached the letter received.

Yes the claimant won.

So do you think there is a case for appeal? 

Sorry if I was unclear in what I wrote. To clarify, I mentioned the above and about the reconstructed agreement with varied terms etc but the judge said claimants (my case) recon agreement was acceptable even without signature etc and accepted Hoist's claim, 

So I guess it's the end of the road for my case, is there anything else I can do e.g. appeal or is that it.

Sorry,  not appeal, I meant he allowed the claim.

 Unfortunately the judge allowed the appeal and accepted the recon and varied terms.

I have my hearing tomorrow and haven't received any instructions on how to join the Skype call. Have emailed my details across last week. Have been trying call the court but no luck so far. Has anyone been in this situation before? Any suggestions?

Secondly, any points/tips for the hearing would be appreceated.

Just a quick update.

WS sent through last week. Received a short  letter from Cohen as below, dated yesterday (Typed out as). Not sure if this has any affect but thought I'd share.

We refer to the above matter.

For the avoidance of doubt, I will not be attending the above mentioned hearing as a witness in accordance with CPR 27.9(1)(a). There will however be an advocate in attendance on behalf of the claimant.

The court has been notified of the same
