If anyone thinks there is anything wrong with that please speak up...otherwise, its going to be posted! thanks for your help people! x
  5. I have debits for interest, where i am overdrawn, but on some statements it tells me me my rate for borrowing up to a certain amount...on others....it doesnt tell me what my limit was at the time! not even near where the interest debit is printed...am i being dense?

  7. I am english, i live in england now, but i opened the account i want to claim charges for, in edinburgh, and lived there for four years, but then came back to live in england. My sort sode on my account is the edinburgh one, and always has been. Does anyone know which instructions i should be following? english, or scottish? cheers
  8. so i have already got the amount for my current account and about to send the first request for a refund, but i think i may have charges on my credit card account too, is it best to do them together or separately? thanks!
  9. Hey, I am new here...I sent my prelim letter to natwest and recieved my statements, but no acknowledgement of the question regarding manual interventions. Is this sufficient to show that the charges are unlawful, or do i need to ask them to reply to this question? Thanks x
