Hi this is my first thread, hopefully im going to get my money back from the natwest, I have sent of my s.a.r.s and got a reply saying the statements will soon follow so hopefully they will be here this week. hope you guys can help cos im not to confident about getting my money back. on some instances when i had been charged i rang up and complained and they give me half a refund, that means i will only be able to claim half that monay back, correct? cheers dan:eek:
