  1. Thanks!! All done this morning, now waiting to hear! The 3K I'm claiming will come in handy! Foodie
  2. Well, my deadline after my LBA rapidly approaches (tomorrow) so I've signed up to MoneyClaim online in readiness for tomorrow. Am I right in that I roughly use the template in the library? So far Halifax have offer a token gesture and then today I received a letter offering the refund of 6 weeks charges. Any help would be gratefully received. I was lucky when I went ahead with my Sainsburys Bank C/Card as they paid in full before the LBA! So this one is all new. The sum should be around the £3K mark with interest. Thanks, Foodie
  3. I've been going through the motions with RBS over my Sainsburys Bank visa Card. So far they have been pretty un-responsive, and I have today got a reply to my LBA letter saying they are looking into it and they have 4 weeks to respond to it within the FSA regulations. However, I am going to file online on thursday (as I told them). I have a name and number at their end- is it worth giving them a call to see what they will offer? (by the way, its not a huge sum, only £295) Thanks, Jason
  4. I wrote to them about a week ago, asking for details of all charges etc. Recived a big envelope this morning with the following letter:(excerpts) Thank you for your recent correspondance regarding fees applied to the above account. In relation to the recent statement issued by the OFT, Bank of Scotland has agreed to reduce their credit card fees to £12 effective 1st of August. The fees you were charged were in line with the terms and conditions of your account and in view of this we will not be refunding any charges applied. In light of the underlined text, what should I do next? Thanks, Jason
