Hello all, I've been following the forums with a great deal of interest, and can see the enormous support and knowldege available. I'm about to complete an N1 for my Mum and Dad, and have the following questions/queries: 1. Under Defendent, can I use the branch address? 2. Can I claim for 2 accounts (total of approx £1000) on the one form? 3. In the library there is a particulars of claim template, do I just cut and paste from Particulars of Claim (i.e. I dont copy the top 5 lines) 3. My mum doesn't know when she opened the accounts, is this a problem? 4. In the statement of truth, should I put my mum's name, My Mum and Dad's name or my name? Thanks for all replies

Hello everyone Found this forum as a link from the DVD forums. Will have a read of the FAQ, and will hopefully be able to help mu Mum and brother reclaim some of the hundreds of pounds they've paid over to the banks!! Bound to have lots of questions, so please be gentle with a noob.
