hi all, my husband and i are just going to claim our unfair bank charges back. However i feel a bit confused of how to go about this. i have read the letter and i am unsure where to send the letter and money to. we are with the bos and are we meant to send it recorded delivery to ensure it get there!! help:-| Also i am currrently in a debt management can i claim back the bank charges of my account as i am still paying off my over draft. Any help would be very very gratefull:)
