Hi, I have now had my statements from Capital One. Can I only claim for late payment charges or can I claim for over limit charges too. I would really appreciate it if someone could clear this up for me so I can get my claim sent. Many thanks Dan

Hi I'm trying to help my brother with his claim against nationwide and when he called up to ask for statements to be sent they said that there would be a charge of £5 per statement! Has anyone had any experience of this? Can anyone offer any adive please?? Thanks Dan

I wonder if anyone can help me. Ihad a credit card with Capital One but I closed my account about 2 years ago now. Can I still claim back charges from thia account and where do I start!? Any help greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have a rough Idea of how long it tends to take to get a second offer if you decline the firs offer. I know this can be different for indivdual situations but was just wondering roughly how long and if anyone had been offered more after declining the first offer rather than going to MCOL stage. Any coments appreciated. Thanks Dan

Hey thanks mate, you've been a great help. If I accept it as a part offer does it mean that they will not pay that money to me as I havent accepted it fully? It's doing my head in. Part of me is thinking that I've come this far so be paitient and the other part of me just wants to take it! Thanks for the template, that would have probably been my next question!! OK, Have recieved a letter today from HSBC offering me £ 1800. I think it is the standard letter that I have been reading about. My Claim is for 2300. Should I accept this or go for the whole lot? Really tempted to take this as I'm off to New York at the end of November! Any Advice? Thanks Dan

Hsbc have now recieved my LBA according to the royal mail track and trace so I'll begin my 14 day count today! I've since been informed of another £75 charge which will be added to my account on the 4th of November. Can I add this at MCOL stage or shall just leave it? Thanks Dan

Gottcha, thanks un1boy (again) So I have just got back from lunch having sent my LBA on a recorded delivery. I will check that it has been received on Monday/Tuesday and then start my 14 day count.
