  1. Thanks, dx. Yes, I may need to turn my attention into some other things.
  2. The two stations are DLR stations, there aren’t any barrier. I didn’t tap my card at that time. I forgot his thing before… will TfL find this and think that I’m dishonest in my reply?
  3. I'm sorry that I just remind I have another fare evasion in September 2023 on DLR. I forgot this when I write my first letter. What should I do now...
  4. Thanks dx for your guide. Yes, I will use their services, but not often. I usually spend around 80 per month, but the season ticket price is 160. I plan to renew it as long it could help me to show that I will not do it again.
  5. OK. Thanks, all. Should I renew the season ticket as it going to be expired.
  6. There is no human name. The whole letter is: 'Thank you for responding to our enquiry letter. Your comments will be taken into consideration when reviewing whis case and we will contact you as soon as we have reached a decision. TfL now consider prosecution against passengers who are in breach of all TfL byelaw offences and I must inform you that further legal action may be taken. TfL byelaws can be found at ... Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can assist you further.'' Yours Sincerely Investigator/Prosecutor Compliance Policing and On-Street Services
  7. Sorry, I didn’t mentioned the name of the response letter. The name is Investigator/Prosecutaor.
  8. Thanks, jk. I just find that nobody receives OOC now, and the letter said I could contact him if he can assist me further. So I’d like to send them another begging letter to show that I indeed realised my mistake. Isn’t this a good choice?
  9. Thanks for the advice. dx. Would it be better to wait rather than send another begging letter?
  10. Thanks dx for your kind words. I plan to renew my season ticket and write a new begging letter as following, can I ask for any suggestion about it? Dear Investigator/Prosecutor, Thank you for your reply. I deeply regret my actions and the inconvenience they have caused. I’m extremely remorseful for my crime. and regret it everyday. I often ask myself ‘’how can I do that thing just because I felt it is interesting. There are a lot of crimes in the world, but feeling it’s interesting is certainly not a reason to crime. I should not crime with any reason.’’ I think about these things every day, and I understand that I can’t blame anyone but myself. I thanks to the staff who stopped me, as this is a valuable lesson in my life. I told myself that I should never ever repeat such a thing again, and never ever do anything which is possible to be in breach of any law. As a result, I carefully tap my oyster card every time before I enter the station now. I remind myself that I did a wrong thing before, and I should never let it happen again. Although my monthly travel expenses do not warrant a season ticket, but I just renew my season ticket (please see the attachment). I understand that a crime cannot be truly compensated for, but purchasing a season ticket offers me a small measure of comfort, knowing that my actions caused a loss to the public interest. I received an email which ask me to negotiate being class teacher in this summer (please see the attachment). I hope that I could teach the lovely students again, which may not be allowed with a criminal record. I would please ask that you would please provide me a single opportunity to settle all outstanding sums owed outside of court without the need for legal proceedings which would have a determinantal impact on my teaching career. I sincerely apologise again for my crime. If you need anything further from me to help you please let me know. Yours sincerely,
  11. Hi, everyone. I received a letter from TfL investigator/Prosecutor. The letter reads as follow: ''Thank you for responding to our enquiry letter. Your comments will be taken into consideration when reviewing whis case and we will contact you as soon as we have reached a decision. TfL now consider prosecution against passengers who are in breach of all TfL byelaw offences and I must inform you that further legal action may be taken. TfL byelaws can be found at ... Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can assist you further.'' The letter was sent 23 days after I replied to them. Should I send another begging letter to IAP? I'm extremely scared now. Thanks all.
  12. Yes, dx. I know they have 6 months. I just notice that they usually reply very quickly if it’s an OOC. Is this true?
  13. I received their letter and auto reply email before. So I guess they have my address
  14. Thanks HB. I never evaded fare before. Should I send any email to ask my case or beg again to show that I indeed know I’m wrong? To be honest, I indeed find that I’m wrong and will never do such thing.
  15. Hi, everyone. It has been 18 days since I sent the begging letter, and I still haven't received a response. I've read some threads and found that OOC settlements are often responded to very quickly. Does this mean it will be difficult for me to receive an OOC settlement?
  16. Yes, Hope they could do so. Let's wait their reply. Will they contact me via email or letter in the following?
  17. OK. HB. Let me delete the information in email and keep it in the attachment. I'll send the letter now.
  18. Thanks, HB. I plan to start the appeal letter with my information and also scan the second page of verification which I will fill by hand. Can I aks whether I need to write anything in the below part of verification letter? It ask me whether I deny or accept. Should I write "I accept committing an offence, please see the email"? Yeah, true. Thank you for your suggestion
  19. Thanks, HB. They are very helpful. The monthly travel pass may exceed my need a little bit, but I have bought it. I don't see a name in TfL's verification letter. It is sent by IAP Team. The second page of verification letter ask me to complete the section in BLOCK CAPITALS, it also requires signs. Should I also use block capital to type my information in email, and type my name in the sign area? I plan to draft my email in this way, do you think it works? Dear Sir/Madam, My case number is XXXXX Last name: First name: Date of birth: UK address: Telephone number: Email Address: Date: 01/04/2024 Signed: I am replying to your letter of 25/03/2024. I thank TfL for giving me the opportunity to explain my inexcusable and stupid actions. Please excuse any mistakes in my letter as English is not my first language. I upload the second page of the verification letter. verification letter.pdf
  20. Good morning, HB. Yes, I add the first sentence and 'Please excuse my reply' sentence. The attachment is the newest letter. Can you please double check it, in case there is anything I midunderstand? Thanks a lot! begging letter.pdf
  21. I'm still wondering should I add "With the crimal conviction, I would not be able to be a teacher again" after "I dream of spreading knowledge and contributing to UK society using my research."?
  22. Good night dx, and thanks a lot. I'll wait HB's advice before I sent the letter.
  23. Oh, yeah, the actions indeed repeat too many times. I have modified all the places as you typed, and attached the new letter. Thank you dx. Do you have any other suggestions regarding the main body or the attached documents (I attached the medical record and proof of buying season ticket)? Btw, I removed some of my information and I didn't attch my contracts as it is full of my privacy. begging letter.pdf medical record -.pdf Receipt_2024-03-31 -.pdf
