Energie fitness just not dealing with it seems like they are fobbing me off He said money went to franchise off club paid to KAMAX LTD let me warn anyone else using Energie fitness don’t pay for annual membership as if Gym closes you may have problems getting money back. they are a Joke and robbing people.

Hi I could not get phone number for head office. But I did speak to the Area Manager for North West of England he said I need to get Refund from the Manager from the Energie Fitness branch I went to but as I said he not reply to me. Have used roughly 5 months of 12 month membership then shut The thing is it’s a franchise so any money went to not energie fitness but to the person who rubns that particular Gym if I had known wound never of paid for membership. I notice others Energie fitness ones have also shut recently either way they are Terrible and advise anyone not to join them. If you have a tel number for Head office that would be help to be as could try Them

Have rang them already they said as transaction was over 120 days they won’t do anything Not sure if every bank like this but told them not happy And advised me to got to consumer rights I pushed them but won’t do anything which is crap. annoyed about whole situation

Hi I was informed early Jan without any notice by email The Gym I used had to close I paid annual Membership that runs out in Sept 24. I was advised to contact them to arrange refund but not getting back to me I feel they don’t want to Refund money Who do I need to contact to get any help with this matter The Gym group is Energie Fitness Thanks
