  1. I do acknowledge that, it has been a definite pattern and it has been dated back since September 25th. We have filled out forms previously which I have confirmed yesterday that they don’t have evidence of this, there are only photos on my camera roll of me filling out the forms dated back in September and one laying around from December ready to be sent after the Christmas season but I’m sure that won’t sufficient. The only help that I could think of is a phone call we had with an employee on a line regarding this nominee card and hopefully it may have been recorded .
  2. Hello, Thank you for responding, yes it was confiscated yesterday. The man said a letter would come in 3-5 days to my dad and I’ll update on this thread on what they have said, I imagine a statement of events?
  3. Hi everyone, After reading everyone's forums regarding this similar situation, I was hoping to receive some advice on this matter as I am quite uncertain of what my outcome may be. I have been using my mum's nominee staff pass since September to travel to University four times a week which is quite a journey away. I have always been money conscious due to my upbringing and especially now due to the 'living cost crisis'. Yesterday, I was asked to present the card to the inspector which I remorsefully did and explained to him my situation after being questioned. He explained that a letter will be sent out to my father (works for TFL) however, did not explain whether I will be issued one. Father has attempted several times to change the ID card of the nominee card and he would often ask his manager and call up to investigate how to do this but due to his language barrier it has been evident there has been miscommunication and the applications have never been fulfilled correctly which I have only found out yesterday after speaking to the staff over the helpline on behalf of him. I was not aware that this was a breach of the terms and conditions and would have not used the card if I had known, never was I flagged up for this as a carrier but nonetheless this was my fault - having a duty to look into this myself and foolishly I have not done so until yesterday and especially finding out the funds that are needed to issue out such passes. I am greatly ashamed of my misconduct and I do recognise my wrong in this matter. I do not want my father to be at fault here as I do take full responsibility for the misuse. I have made this thread to possibly determine what my outcome may be as I have a part time job that requires a DBS (working as a 1:1 support for special needs children) and taking Law to be a SEN lawyer aspiring to help vulnerable children and adults with special needs, I am very concerned that I may get a criminal conviction. I appreciate for any advice or comments left under this thread.
