It was just they have a name and company and viewed the LinkedIn page of the user they know exactly who it is this makes no difference to them pinning it to them? Sorry for the mass of questions just want to get the best idea of what’s happening cheers dx -

It was just a CJCH labelled page with the MAC addresses and domain name safari dat w of infringement and product. I don’t have access to it but I’ve seen it. -

They haven’t said any amount. Just provided the evidence. I will tell them to block all calls and emails from now on. thanks -

Thanks.I read most but didn’t see any that actually names a user Shall I reply to the evidence saying we don’t have those MAC addresses on the network and no user on there pc’s? Then total silence? I’ve said do not engage with them anymore after that -
Hi, we had the usual emails and phone calls to my boss. He asked for evidence and it states MAC address and a domain user. Can they do anything as they have a legitimate name? we have denied using it. But they have 2 x 10 min uses with the MAC addresses of the machine.
