Hi everyone, I have a question in regards to DWF Sainsbury's letters. I previously read a lot of threads concerning letters from DWF and the majority of you guys said to ignore them completely as they have no power to take people to court and I just wanted to double check if that's still the case or not. Unfortunately I was caught shoplifting due to a complicated financial situation and obviously I wouldn't want things to escalate further. I'm attaching the two letters I received so far. Is it actually safe to ignore them or should I pay? And also, after how many attempts will they stop sending letters?
