Hi Again, Just pick someones brains!! I have sent of for info on 3 accounts I hold/have held with lloyds 2 bank accounts the third a credit card. Hi, Is there anyone out there that has or is in the process of claiming back charges that were from a joint account but are claiming solely?? I shall explain as I may not make much sense!! I had a joint account with my estranged husband from 1999 then had my name taken off it November of last year. My husband (still not divorced) has now added his new partner onto this account. I have sent off for statments for Sept 00 till november 05 as I gave all the statements to him when he left. I have told him I am wanting to claim and will split any monies recieved but just wondered if any one knows if i will be able to claim. I know that my ex is too lazy to and surely the new partner can not have info of the account when my name was on it as she would claim, but I would never see any money!!! If any one can shed a little light on what has the potential to be a messy situation please reply!! Diane

Well after many months of delibaration and reading your messages I have decided to bite the bullet and put the wheels in motion to reclaim some of the money I have lost over the years. I have to say feel rather anxious about it but also trying to tot up figures in my head of how much better off I may end up!!! So the letter will hopefully be landing with them in the next couple of days and all I can do now is wait!!!!!
