  4. Yes the references match the PCN they are suing. checked MCOL and it seems they have transferred court proceedings to our local. I’ve sent a snotty email to ukpc asking why they haven’t stopped court proceedings.
  5. I'm still watching MCOL, I will consider it live until I see it has been cancelled. My daughter did get an email from ukpc today cancelling a pcn but I noticed it was a different reference number to the one Currently heading to court. She had another pcn but appealed as she had broken down and never heard from it again.
  6. I’m beyond happy to say the PCN has been cancelled. Apparently the manager of bury bowl found a loop hole, she has also extend the grace period to 30 minutes. I am so grateful for all your help
  7. Had a reply from manager of the bowling complex as email to Paul Baxter is non existent. She said the owner is not responsible for the parking charge! She also spoke to ukpc (apparently) and was told they won’t cancel the PCN.
  8. Almost scared to put this on, but this is a draft email. What else should I include? I am writing to you as I believe you are the land owner of Autopark estate, Bury st Edmunds. I received a PCN from UKPC in March 2023 for my vehicle being parked on the estate for 29 minutes on 22/03/23. Although I admit to being the car owner at the time, I do not admit to being the driver of this vehicle. The vehicle and its occupants were using a business on this estate that they had been going to for 2 years. They were unaware that UKPC had taken over the running of this site and due to the poor signage and not being told on entry to the business that they needed to input details I,the owner, have now been issued with court proceedings. I am appealing to you, as the land owner, to see if there is any way you could help cancel this PCN before it goes to court.
