I went back this morning, and there are no other signs there, just repeats of the signs that I have already uploaded.

I think those are the only signs in the car park, but I am going back to Winchester friday, so will look again. I was there so long, as I had a job to do in the flats opposite and as it was early morning and the car park was empty, I parked there. There was obviously no way that I could validate my parking as the cinema was not open...

Thank you for the help... That has now been done... Yesterday the following arrived, along with an income and expenditure form for BW Legal... I have not filled it in... They seem to be trying to dismiss the defence as petty and irrelevant........ sodapdf-merged.pdf

Defene has been accepted... they now have 28 days from receipt to progress, or it will be stayed.... But they can still apply to progress from then.. How long does this go on for? can they keep it held over me indefinately?

Is there a time limit for all this? Once the court papers were sent out and I acknowledged them, I would have thought that there was a time frame for them to either arrange a court date or cancel the whole proceedure.

This came today.... They seem to think they can just issue me with a CCJ.... I know they can't without a court appearance.... Are they really that arrogant?? BW legal response.pdf
