Yeah - I realise that - BUT that sign was blocked by a truck parked at that section and the line is broken by a tar-mac section!

Hi folks, I was parked on a single broken yellow line with no sign and no terminator line outside the building where I work. I have parked there many times with no problem - so why have I got a ticket this time and can I appeal? In their evidence photos they show a road sign - but that was blocked by a truck and was not near the section I was parked at. PCN + Photos compilation.pdf
