Hello I am just after some advice, i signed a contract with 4com telecoms years ago it was for a 7 year contract due to family circumstances i will be shutting the business in the next few months. I have been informed that i will be personally liable for the termination fees despite the fact that i dont not remember signing a personal guarantee. despite numerous requests for my copies of the paperwork signed i still have not received them. the termination fees for the contract are considerable. Any help
