Oh my mistake, I didn’t know you had a letter of claim. SD is a statutory demand, there’s loads of stuff to read on here about them and letters of claim. Please follow the advice from the experts here, they are an amazing bunch!

I have heard awful stories about people who have offered to pay and then IDR demand more and more. You also don’t know that they are even representing the bank, you should wait for the SD and go from there.
