Decided to defend a PCN from Total Parking Solutions as my brother had recently died and we had to go to the bank with the death certificate to stop the account. I appealed to them using this as my main reason including a copy of death cert, also the fact that the sign on entering the carpark wasn't clearly visible but they rejected it, my guess was that they probably would and was just hoping that someone with a modicum of respect would read it. Its a 2 hours free car park on display of a ticket I was only there 40 minutes, is it worth appealing to POPLA?
