Hi, hopefully this makes sense as I'm not too good with words. Basically about 10 years ago I was in PC world and was sold an online storage package, the plan was- Unlimited data storage, Unlimited devices for I think £60 a year... Which I have continued to pay to this day and is due to renew in April this year Fast forward to now, and they have downgraded my plan to a 4tb plan and with limited computers I have contacted them and they have basically said Livedrive the company which provide PC world/Currys with this service no longer offer this plan, and I have been send an email with regards to this (which I haven't, as I've looked back in folders on the date they have said it's been sent) Where do my I stand, can they just downgrade my plan, or should they uphold it as that is what I originally purchased? Thank you
