  1. I am posting for my son. This is what was put on form N244 application. section 3 To set aside a judgement against me because :- I did not receive any documentation from the court about the case because I had moved on 19/7/21 The wrong date was given. The amount is wrong. I have not been given a breakdown of the account. Section 10 To show that I had moved - email chains for the time May- July 2021. These were between members of staff at ? Lettings and my mother, ? My mother will be a witness for this as I was affected by mental health problems since May'21 This was diagnosed as bipolar in December '21. I received a phone call from Marstons Recovery on 15/11/22 saying that they were outside my old address,?, to collect money for an alleged debt from a court judgement. I gave them my new address and told the representative to send me the full details of the case. I received their letter and notification of the debt and court judgement on Friday 2/12/22. They did not provide any details other than it was £1417.12 As they have not provided a detailed account of the alleged debt, I contacted E. ON Next the claimant, the same day Friday 2/12/22. E. ON Next's representative said that they were still billing me for this year and that the meter had been read on 6/7/21. They also said that they would recalculate the bill if I forwarded the information about the date of the end of tenancy. This was forwarded on Friday.2/2/22. I contacted E. ON, Next on Monday 5/12/22 and they said that the email wasn't sufficient and to contact ? . This morning my mum forwarded additional emails between her and staff at ? Lettings including the notice for termination of tenancy. E. ON Next have dismissed these transcripts and refused to recalculate the amount owed until I provide proof from ? Lettings themselves for the date the tenancy was terminated. I emailed ? Lettings on 5/12/22 and have not had a response. I have asked E. ON Next again by email today for the full account details and it has been ignored. I do not dispute that I owe some money to E. ON Next, it is the amount and from when I am disputing. The writ was stayed until 5/1/22 8/12/22 my son had an email from E. ON with a new bill for £1245.47DR He has sent another email today to E.ON for the full statement of bills and payments from January 2021 told them we need it for the court. As he never had the opportunity to challenge the amount can they legally load all the Litigation fees onto the bill now that it has been stayed? They have said to pay by 23rd December 2022. Should he pay anything or just wait for the hearing? What happens at the hearing and the next stage? Hope someone can help.
