Yes I received a letter but, I did not open the letter straight away. I put it one side, then I got a second letter which I did open, telling me I have a Ccj issued against me.

a) no i did not acknowledge service or submit a defence. b) no i did not attend court. i) no ii)no iii)no the ccj was issue against me for a credit card debt that was bought by Lc Asset 2 S.a.r.l. from mnba, debt 4766.60

Hi everyone, I need a little advice, on how to fix this issue. The (edit claimant) that issued it was LC Asset 2 S.A.R.L. I have the letter sent to me by the court. But I did act upon it to rebuff their claim. So in away it is my fault. Any Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Charly67
