Hello, happy to have found you! has anyone tried to claim/raise a Complaint about ERC payable on mortgage rate switch? The mortgage offer fails to show illustration on that and also can not find a specification of applicable charge when wanting to switch rate earlier than the 150 days they allow. If anyone even if with an other bank has done this and can share a template letter I would be most grateful. Thank you
