  1. Hi thanks for taking the time to read my post - Purple Bricks are saying I need to pay them for not selling my house - i was told there are lots of people on their books wanting houses like mine which was untrue - I also wanted to exercise my 14 day right and was told what for? - so where do i stand am I liable to pay for a service not received
  2. My house has not been sold I am so distressed by the whole thing and cant even leave my house to go out
  3. I have no written agreement was because I was rushed into giving my card details in order to have my photos posted onto their site I received phone call after phone call and many texts telling me to approve advert page I even received phone calls after 10pm and also on sundays then was forced to lower my asking price because I had no viewings - I asked about the cooling off period if I was to change my mind and was told "to change my mind for what?" I have sent them emails but yet to receive an answer. Many thanks Evidence PB.pdf
  4. There was misrepresentation on behalf of this company – I was coerced and persuaded to do business with purple bricks, but they did not give me correct information. Further, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 states purple bricks must carry out their service with reasonable care and skill therefore they are in breach of contract. I have proof with emails text messages and phone call logs. Need help with purple bricks chasing for money when they did not sell my house where do I stand - I found this article but need to know the source Online estate agent Purplebricks will return home sellers' upfront fees if it fails to find them a buyer in a bid to regain lost market share Sellers who put their property on Purplebricks at an 'agreed valuation' but do not receive a 'proceedable offer' within 10% of their valuation, will receive a refund messages.pdf
