  1. Thank you, Argos haven't even come back to me regarding when and how the payment was made yet. It's been a while so I have emailed them again today.
  2. Hi. I had a letter from Family Money Savers a few weeks ago to say that I owe them money for a successful claim from Argos. I couldn't remember having any money from Argos so I called FMS and it was almost a grand. They said I should call Argos to verify because Argos would not give them any information as to how the payment was made. I have done this and still waiting for Argos to come back to me but did my own search and there was a payment but it was in 2018!!! when I spoke to Argos they told me that the FMS claim was void but that they then made a payment to me at a later date. FMS are demanding nearly £300 and I am going to struggle to pay that much. I have managed to delay things until I hear back from Argos but surely they should have billed me when the payment was made if they really were responsible for it.
