  1. Thanks for all the help. Do you have any suggestions on which one to read? There are many and I don't know which is relevant. Is the small claims post still relevant? It was made in 2013 so just want to check.
  2. They sent me £100 on the 11/03/2021. The incident happened on 07/02/21. I'll try to say it in value rather than items. I sent him £460(GPU1), he sent me £360(GPU2) + £100 to make up the difference. He ended up with no £460 in the box, So I gave him his £100 back plus £360 in cash instead. I'm out £360 in effect as I was paying with an item rather than cash. All in all they've stolen a £600 graphics card so they owe me the maximum no matter how you look at it.

We've talked loads on WhatsApp and both tried our best to get the police involved, messaging the CEO etc, but to no avail.

So I wanted to swap my graphics card for a gaming one about 6 weeks ago. I had a Radeon VII, worth £590 at rrp, now going for £1000+ because of the shortages across the globe. I was experiencing compatibility issues, so I wanted to swap it for it's little brother, a 5700 XT worth about £450 rrp, now going for £500-800 on Ebay. I found a guy on Reddit who was selling his and I offered a swap. I didn't want to sell and the
