Hi, I've been sent a "Letter Before Debt Collection" from EPC plc with a charge of £20 related to 5 euros of unpaid motorway tolls when in Portugal over the summer. Does anyone have any experience with these charges, can they be enforced in the UK? The letter is very threatening, with references to debt collectors, etc. Can UK debt collectors enforce toll charges from Portugal, where there hasn't been a court decision in either country. If anyone has any experience with ECP to share and also the outcome, that would be great. Thanks to all
