I sent a F&F Settlement offer to Lowell for 2 of my accounts. They have written back rejecting the offer and have made a counter offer. I have noticed they have mixed the account numbers round. Which means an account that's balance is just over £4,000 that I offered £450.00 to clear, they have offered £196.00 and the other account which the balance is £245.00. I offered £50.00 to this account but there offer is just over £3,000. obviously they have made a mistake. If I was to take advantage of the offer of £196.00 would they have to stick to it?. Thanks
