  1. I will try and draft a particulars of claim today and will join money claim today also and do some research on the site about making a claim because I intend to ask for some money for the stress and effect this has had on my health as I have severe depression and anxiety and the worry of not getting this money back has caused me a lot of ill health
  2. Look I am following the steps I was advised to do by trading standards I didn’t expect for ppl to be so rude I asked for help not rudeness
  3. I gave them 14 days notice I haven’t registered yet with money claim yet as the 14 days are not up yet it’s all in hand
  4. I’ve already sent them a letter before court which I was told to do by trading standards which has a deadline on this coming Monday to give me my money so then I was told to take them to the small claims court through the gov website
  5. I have a debit card registered with PayPal for another bank account I use too
  6. I’ve got numerous messages from them saying the dispute is still open with PayPal and PayPal have confirmed with me on numerous occasions it is not open I have photographic proof from my PayPal account that the dispute is closed I have an email from PayPal to say they would accept any refund for me from them but as yet they have not tried to refund it I have the postal receipt which is proof of postage I have threatened legal action and still nothing no refund. I have a folder full of printouts of emails messages etc that have been sent back and forwa

I’m in desperate need of help I bought some clothes online in may through Evans and paid through PayPal returned them all seven days later I waited the 14days for my refund and no refund came I put in a dispute through PayPal but I didn’t get any emails to escalate the case - PayPal closed it. evans said they couldn’t refund the money because PayPal have cancelled the refund because of the open dispute I contacted PayPal they said the dispute had been closed but Evans at no point had attempted a refund. f
