Thank dx I'm sole owner. I cant understand why this loan isn't on my credit file? I'll have a Google at Sars and cca requests. I'm hopeless at this stuff so thank you. Mars sent me the original credit agreement from black horse. Just to add, I'm not trying to get out of this at all. I've offered 2500 as an offer as the original was paid for a good few years and they rejected that also.

Black horse was last paid and approx 4 years ago. Idem made no attempt at court action and mars have said they don't want to go down that route either.

Hi Andy. I don't know what they meant by that to be honest? Maybe trying to come to a satisfactory payment schedule with me?

Hi all. I'm hoping someone can help me. 10 yrs ago I took a 5000 secured loan with black horse. At the time I was employed and in receipt of working tax credits and maintenance payments. All was fine until my child reached 18 and I struggled. Black horse sold my mortgage to idem and after many expenditures were submitted they sold it on to mars capital who are now hounding me for the full 5000 plus 6000 in charges. After trying to solve this myself, black horse have sent me a cheque for 100 as have idem for " not following correct procedures" The original loan term ended in may last year. I also cant find any evidence of this loan on my credit file. I have asked for charges to be considered unfair but they wont budge. Where do I stand? Any advice appreciated.
